People ask me: What do you eat when you’re on GoCleanse?
Here’s a sample of a healthy dinner: “Zoodles” aka zucchini noodles with ground turkey marinara. I have my own veggie “spiralizer” to make my own, but I’ve seen them in the frozen and fresh foods at both Trader Joe’s & Costco. I sautee the zoodles in a little olive oil. Separately, I sautee ground turkey, a little onion, garlic and pepper, bell peppers, fresh basil, then a small can of chopped/stewed tomatoes. Pour it over the top of the zoodles–yum and “cleanse-worthy”
