A lot of you have been asking me about what I eat while I’m doing my GoCleanse program. Happily, I’ve gotten back into my kitchen to prepare my own meals. Even if you don’t cook, it’s easy to “assemble” a healthy lunch or dinner that will fit into the program. By the way, you can go out eat on the program as long as you have a plan in place and make it a special situation. Of course, you can always check with your coach on how to navigate different menus.

Super salad with all kinds of fresh veggies.
