Toto Replacing Billy Idol on Journey Tour

Billy Idol is dropping off his upcoming tour with Journey.
Idol announced today that he has to get surgery for a chronic sinus infection.

He explained, “I am absolutely gutted that I won’t be able to perform the upcoming dates with Journey as planned.”

Idol was supposed to be on the Freedom Tour to support Journey through April 5th at which point Toto would take over the opening slot.

Toto will now open the entire tour.
