Tom Brady Heads Off Into The Sunset Heralded As Most Successful QB Ever

Tom Brady is retiring from the NFL.  He’s hanging up his #12 jersey after 22 years in the National Football League.

He went to 10 Super Bowls and won 7 of them, and says  he “not going to make that competitive commitment anymore.”

In an Instagram post, Brady  thanked the City of Tampa Florida, Buccaneer fans, Bucs Head coach Bruce Arians, and Brady’s wife and kids.  He made no mention of anyone connected with the New England Patriots, where Brady delivered 6 of his Super Bowl titles.

Brady is set to turn 45-years-old just before next season begins. He was selected in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft.

Most players drafted in the 6th Round of the draft, don’t even make a team in the NFL, let along become a legend at the most difficult position in sports.
