Riverside County has 7,004  positive cases of Covid-19, as of Tuesday  May 26th 2020.

1,336 cases are in the Coachella Valley.

1,138 of those are in cities.

198 cases are in unincorporated areas of the desert (Bermuda Dunes, Thousand Palms, Sky Valley, Mecca, Thermal, Oasis, Vista Santa Rosa).

There have been 292 deaths linked to Covid-19 in Riverside County as of Tuesday May 26th 2020.

54 of those deaths are in the Coachella Valley.  51 deaths in cities, 3 deaths in unincorporated Mecca.

4,211 people have recovered from the Covid-19 virus in Riverside County.

194 are hospitalized.

2, 307 are quarantined at home in various stages of recovery.

104,325 people have been tested so far.

All testing is free to the patient being tested.

Drive-thru testing is available by appointment only at the Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio from 9 a-m to 3 p-m Tuesday through Saturday, by appt only. You can also get tested at the Cathedral City Library on Date Palm Drive. Call 800-945-6171 to make an appointment, and you no longer need to have symptoms to schedule a test.

The county is also doing testing at 790 S. State Street in San Jacinto, and 921 S Belle St in Corona, and the Mellman Library on County Centre Drive in Temecula.
