New Jersey Rest Stop To Be Named After Jon Bon Jovi

Jon Bon Jovi is a New Jersey legend, and he’s about to be awarded the state’s highest honor – having a highway rest stop named after him.

State officials announced Tuesday that rest areas along the Garden State Parkway will be renamed after various famous Jerseyites – including Bon Jovi. Other honorees include Whitney Houston, Frank Sinatra, Connie Chung, and Sopranos actor James Gandolfini.
