June 2019~ with “Trouble” the Boston Terrier-oops he’s cut off!

Ever since starting the morning show here at 106.9 The Eagle, I’ve had some challenges managing sleep, exercise, and meal planning. Getting by on 5 hours of sleep, trying to make it up with afternoon napping only to get up and grab take-out food wasn’t doing me any favors. I was putting on weight and feeling tired all of the time.
About 3 months ago, I went in for my annual check-up and although, overall, I was healthy, I was not feeling good and the number on the scale was much higher than it was a year or two ago.
