Entertaining 101: You can keep your food simple, but kick up your presentation for a more festive atmosphere. Pretty platters, garnishes, & flowers make your guests feel special.
Ingredients & Directions:
Cut melon into chunks, bunch up a slice of prosciutto , stab with a party toothpick. Arrange on a pretty party platter over a bed of arugula greens. Decorate with assorted flowers if you desire.
Fab with a nice rose, chardonnay or pinot grigio.
