Massive COVID-19 Vaccination Site Opens At Disneyland

Disneyland in Southern California has officially transformed into a “vaccination super-site”.

Orange County health officials say about 10,000 people registered for an appointment to get the COVID-19 shot as soon as spots opened up on the first day.

The Anaheim theme park has been closed since March because of the pandemic. Other mass-vaccination sites have opened or will soon open in other parts of California as well, including Dodger Stadium in L.A., San Diego’s Petco Park, and Sacramento’s Cal Expo.
