Marine Corps Base In Twentynine Palms Locked Down

Part of the sprawling Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms was locked down around 9 in the morning on Monday May 23rd 2022,  after a report of shots being fired outside the base in Twentynine Palms  California.

The official Twitter account for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center says the report of shots came in anonymously just before 9am Pacific Time.

There are no immediate reports of injuries or suspects.
