Simple. Pretty much what I normally eat…without all the extras. The program consists of protein shakes, healthy meals and cleanse days. I love getting an organic chicken to roast and surround it in a bed of my favorite veggies. This meal is perfect for your family, or if you’re living single, you can bag up portions to eat throughout the week or freeze them.
