A Dust Advisory remains in effect for the Coachella Valley and the Banning Pass through 11 p-m on Tuesday February 22nd 2022.

A High Wind Warning remains in effect for the Desert and the Pass through 9 p-m Tuesday February 22nd 2022.
So that face mask, which the State of California famously announced on February 15th 2022, is no longer needed indoors to fend off Covid-19, might come in very handy outdoors, to fend off Mother Nature’s latest blast of swirling dirt aimed at your nose and lungs.
You can also toss in cooler daytime highs, only around 60 degrees, and overnight lows in the upper 30’s and low 40’s, and a 30 percent change of passing showers in the desert.
