Disneyland Opens….As Covid-19 Mass Vaccination Site

Disneyland might be ready to reopen in June of 2021.

Until then,  Disneyland is set to become Orange County’s mass COVID-19 vaccination site.

County officials say the resort will be the first of five regional point-of-dispensing sites for the vaccine.

It will have the capacity to vaccinate thousands of residents per day.

The super site will open later this week.

Residents and people who work in Orange County who meet the criteria listed for all tiers of Phase 1A are eligible for vaccination.

Theme park industry leaders in California say they aren’t pleased with proposed reopening guidance being considered by Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration.
