Disney Building ‘Cotino’ Development On 600+ Acres In Rancho Mirage

More than 6-hundred acres of prime real estate near Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage sits vacant, but not for long.

 

Disney is set to put its mark on it, with a development called Cotino.

 

While it won’t be Disneyland per se, it will have a definite taste of Disney, to go along with 17-hundred homes, several hundred hotel rooms, and other commercial development.

 

Developers will even toss in a man-made lagoon residents can take a dip in.
