CDC Ditching Masks; Few Exceptions
Fully vaccinated people can now shed masks indoors in most instances.
In new CDC guidance, the agency recommends still wearing masks in crowded indoor areas, such as on commercial flights, on buses and trains and in hospitals.
The CDC also says fully vaccinated people no longer have to wear masks outdoors, even in crowds.
The problem is, you as an individual, will have no way of knowing if the person next to you at the grocery store, or the person sitting next to you at a concert, has been fully vaccinated or not.
They may not be wearing a mask, and may not be vaccinated either.
