The City of Palm Springs is once again hosting City Council meetings in person.

 

Since the Covid-19 pandemic start, the Council has been meeting via Zoom.

 

But starting Thursday April 7th 2022, the Council will resume meeting in the City Council Chamber.

 

And the meeting might draw a sizeable crowd, with an agenda that includes a presentation expected from Collee of the Desert over the proposed West Valley Campus of  C O D.

 

A couple of Trustees from the COD Board will be on hand, along with COD Superintendent and President Martha Garcia.

 

Fundraising to restore the Historic Plaza Theatre, Class 1 historic designations for the House of Tomorrow and the Elvis Honeymoon Hideaway will also be discussed.

 

The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Palm Springs City Hall,3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way.
