Riverside County has 2,109 cases in nursing homes, with 1,305 cases among patients, and 804 cases among staff. The overwhelming majority of nursing home cases, 689 cases, are in the City of Riverside.
In Coachella Valley nursing facilities, there have been 144 cases in Palm Desert, 69 in Palm Springs, 50 in Indio, 46 in Rancho Mirage…27 patients and 15 staff from Vista Cove Assisted Living in Rancho Mirage, and another 12 patients and 4 staff at Rancho Mirage Terrace, and 46 in La Quinta.
