Apartments Moving Forward In Coachella, Palm Springs, Thanks To American Taxpayers
A 35 million dollar apartment project in Coachella is getting more than 22 million dollars from a federal tax credit program.
That covers a good chunk of the funding for the Coachella Valley Apartments on Bagdad Avenue.
Community Housing Opportunities Corporation will break ground in late 2021 on a 56- unit complex, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
This Corporation is getting another 21 million dollar federal tax credit to help fund a 29 million dollar apartment project called Monarch Apartment Homes on Indian Canyon at San Rafael in Palm Springs.
