OZZY WEEKEND...

Boy was I impressed! I've heard a lot of Ozzy tribute bands but never one like this. "Crazy Train" appeared at the Rock Yard Saturday night and blew everyone away. They had the passion and the music down. Ozzy never sounded so good. If you ever get a chance to see them even if you aren't a "Black Sabbath" or "Ozzy" fan, you will definately be impressed. I highly recommend this band. Hats off to "The Southbay Rockers" who played as well. Great Classic Rock band. Then last night it was off to the Village Pub in Palm Springs where I hooked up with "Hellicopter". The tightest Classic Rock Cover Band I've heard in a long time. It's good to know that bands are taking the time to really polish their sets. These guys are from New Zealand, Puerto Rico, The Phillipines and New Jersey. They are residing in Los Angeles, but play in the Coachella Valley often. Check out their website - www.helicopterbandla.com. Trust me...you'll like it! Let me know if you have seen them.
